Josh is a native to the metropolitan life of South Florida, being born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He moved to Western NC then finally ended up in Burke County during his high school years. After graduating from Patton High School in May 2025, he enrolled into the OPT-IN Summer Internship program, and spent his summer interning with TIC. After completing his internship he joined the Workforce Development Team.

Josh is always eager to help, whether it is staffing for events or helping with programming. He is the youth voice within the CARE4Youth team.

In his off time, you'll find him hanging out with friends, playing games, and hanging out with his 4 cats.
