Veronica’s Story

Veronica started at the Drexel 3 & 5 Furniture Plant in the late ’90s, working her way up over six years. It was hard work, but the company felt like family. One day, HR surprised her with a baby shower for her son, Jeronimo. Birthdays, retirements, and celebrations were common—Drexel was more than a workplace; it was a community. Even after moving on in the furniture industry, those years stayed with her. Now, as the old plant transforms, she knows its legacy of craftsmanship and care will live on.
