Hallie joins the Industrial Commons as the Director of Grant Compliance, bringing with her over a decade of administrative and development experience. Most of her career has been spent working in non-profit healthcare administrative support roles before transitioning into fundraising, development, and donor relations. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she brings both educational knowledge and professional work experience into this new position. A lifelong resident of Morganton, Hallie is passionate about working for an organization that is committed to the growth of the local economy. When Hallie is not at work, she is most likely spending time with her husband and two children, probably on a softball field. Some of her hobbies include reading, cooking, and finding new small local businesses to visit.
