Jenna Rae Grayson

Jenna Rae Grayson is the Director of Business Transitions where she supports businesses transitioning to cooperative ownership. She is passionate about community and economic development in Appalachia, specializing in business retention and expansion, strategic partnerships, and organizational development.

A third-generation member of a family owned furniture and custom woodworking business, her roots in small business and North Carolina furniture run deep. She spent summers and weekends working for her family, receiving an early education in supply chains, entrepreneurship, and community-based economies.

Jenna received her degree in economic development and sustainability from Ohio State University and served as an AmeriCorps VISTA. Jenna is a foster mom to two wonderful humans, an outdoor enthusiast, and an artist, and she brings a love of people, place, and shared adventure into everything she does.
