Lizzie was born and raised in Wisconsin and made North Carolina her home in 2012. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree from UNC-Wilmington, she began her career as a Lead Tour Consultant for a group tour operator—an experience that sparked her passion for project management and operational efficiency.

She brings a grounded, thoughtful presence to her work in business administration, with a proven track record of supporting leadership teams and overseeing daily operations. Known for her attention to detail, steady demeanor, and organizational insight, Lizzie excels at bringing clarity and structure to complex workflows. Whether she’s managing schedules, coordinating events, or improving internal systems, Lizzie is a dependable and strategic partner behind the scenes.

Her experience as a wellness professional adds depth to her leadership style. As a certified E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, retreat coordinator, and travel retreat facilitator, and the owner of a yoga studio since 2021, Lizzie infuses her work with mindfulness, adaptability, and a strong sense of community. Outside of work, Lizzie enjoys gardening, reading, painting, and running. Her favorite moments are spent with her young son—exploring, learning, and sharing the joys of everyday life together.
