Ryan Ammann

Ryan P. Ammann is Senior Vice President for Truist Financial Corporation. Within Truist Community Capital, he leads the LIHTC Equity and Alternate Investments team that deploys capital to support construction and rehabilitation of affordable housing, the growth and development of small businesses, and other impactful community development financing initiatives. With twenty (20) years of banking experience, he previously served in multiple capacities for the bank including CRA Service Test Manager and Fund & Alternate Investments Team Lead. 

Passionate about community development, Ryan also serves on the NC Rural Center Board. A member of Leadership Winston-Salem’s Class of 2015, he has served on numerous boards for organizations with a mission of creating a positive impact in our communities, including the Affordable Housing Coalition & Housing Virginia. He was named a Top 40 under 40 leader in affordable housing in Virginia in 2012.

Ryan earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. He is also a graduate of the ABA Stonier School of Banking at Wharton. He lives in Winston-Salem with his wife and daughter.
