Sara serves as Director of Development for The Industrial Commons, where she leads fundraising and partnerships that help expand opportunity in rural communities. She brings more than fifteen years of experience working at the intersection of philanthropy, healthcare, and economic development, building collaborations that support economic mobility and community wellbeing.

Raised in rural West Virginia, Sara is deeply committed to the idea that communities can shape their own economic future. She believes in the power of partnerships, local leadership, and shared prosperity to help rural regions thrive.

Sara holds an MBA from the University of Memphis and a BA in English from Roanoke College.
