Sharley Mendoza is the Founder and Bookkeeper at Good Books, bringing over a decade of a diverse background in human resources, operations, business administration, and entrepreneurship.

Since joining The Industrial Commons in 2019, Sharley has served in several capacities, including Human Resources, Operations Director, and helping establish initiatives such as Good Books and Capital for the Commons.

Through her work at Good Books, Sharley combines her experience in bookkeeping, administration, and organizational operations to help businesses build strong financial foundations and operate with confidence. She believes that behind every successful organization are strong systems, supported people, and a commitment to community.
Outside of work, Sharley enjoys spending time at her mom’s house, hosting cookouts, and giving back to her community through volunteer work and community service.
