Sydney Blume serves as the Senior Director of Community Engagement, where she provides strategic leadership to both the TOSS and Common Ground programs. With a background in sustainable development, food systems, and community organizing, Sydney believes in the power of community transformation to create conditions for mutual thriving. Outside of work, she enjoys trail running, swimming in rivers, knitting, and making art.
