Sealed proposals for this project will be received from potential bidders by The Industrial Commons, Morganton, North Carolina up to 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 5th, 2025, at The Industrial Commons located in Morganton, NC. No bids will be received after this time. Immediately thereafter the bids shall be publicly opened in the meeting room of The Industrial Commons at 647 Hopewell Road, Morganton, NC 28655 and read by the owner for the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment entering into the work of the above-titled project.

The work of this Contract shall consist of Demolition, Grading, Stormwater, and Erosion Control measures. The U.S. National Science Foundation is providing funding for this project. No. 2315305. DBRA and BABAA requirements apply to this project.
